Washing
All cloths are laundered prior to making up to ensure no further shrinkage occurs. We recommend washing by hand with a delicate detergent.
(If you do need to use a machine, select a delicate handwash programme and place the garment inside a pillow case to protect any embroidery)

Ironing
Linen is naturally creasy and will need a good press. It will also seem to have shrunk when in contact with water but follow the instructions above for a freshen up
(Steam is particularly effective for both linen and cotton and you will need to use a fairly hot setting, just be careful to keep the iron moving as it can burn and discolour the fibres)

Spills
We love these handy tips for dealing with everyday stains. Hopefully, no longer being used on the tabletop will mean the risk with eggs is quite minimal, but just in case…
The same care instructions apply to the cotton pieces we create.
